Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Ukaard website.

Once your order is confirmed, we will process and prepare your items for shipment within 1‑3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard shipping normally takes 7‑15 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed; delays may be caused by logistics, customs clearance or unexpected circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Please track your delivery status via the provided tracking link.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment. Customers will only be charged once for outbound shipping. Return shipping cost rules are specified in our Return Policy.

Shipping Address

Please double‑check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for undelivered parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If you need to modify your shipping address, please email support@24hhelpservice.com immediately. Address changes can only be accepted before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, no address modification is available.

Customs & Duties

For international shipments, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply according to local regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs rules before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery or tracking status update. You will need to provide photos of packaging and damaged goods for verification. We will arrange a replacement or partial refund after validation.

Undeliverable & Return‑to‑Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal to accept the package or customer‑related reasons, the customer shall bear the related return freight cost. We may deduct the freight fee from your refund.
